Religion, Women, Hopelessness, and a Feeling of Importance?

Women and minorities are more likely to believe in God because they are more likely to experience injustice and get unfair treatment. Turning to religion is not so much as to make superior, but as for comfort knowing that there is someone more powerful, fair, and loving (or so they believe).
