LBP possible corruption HELP PLZ!!!?

So i just got done making a new costume on LBP and i want to know how to find the last piece in the game because somehow i missed it so i go back to my pod and make sure the hdd indicator stops flashing and I quit the game and went to my internet browser on ps3 saw a youtube vid and got back on it looks like its loading up fine and my pod pops up without my decorations or stickers and im like wtf 2 sec l8r a screen pops up saying unable to load all profiles and it has an option 2 press ok but i cant clik it 4 some reason so i wait 5 min still there tried turning off on on unplugging replugging but it doesnt say my data is corrupted WTF plz plz plz help i had so much **** on there!!!
