How to enter this holding?

Can u help me__this is it__i am coming inbound 160 (340 radial) and i need to enter the 140 course inbound (320 radial) for holding_What i figured out is this__i will come inbound 160 and once i p the VOR i will right turn 320 (140+180)(direct entry) and continue for a minute and turn back to 140 inbound__but this isnt much working__I will be very grateful if u can tell me how pros do it
