Pokemon platinum help!?

Beat Team Galactic in Veilstone & Pastoria, 7 gym badges. Met Looker before but not after Veilstone Galactic Warehouse. Is SunnyShore next, because it isn't open. and i already went to mt.coronet but you need waterfall to get to the spear pillar and you cant get waterfall until sunyshore city. WICH IS BLOCKED OFF. plz help
