Another coach overturns in scotland?

is it not about time a law was brought in to limit coaches to 55mph they travel far to fast and no consideration is given to there pengers who would prefer to get to there destination a bit later but are able to relax instead of hanging on to there seat in fear,i have been on several coach holidays where the driver has announced the coach was limited to 60mph but have seen the speedo reaching between 70 and 80. some drivers start as early as 5am and are still driving at 6pm and later and in some cases do break the law on there driving hours as they are not taking there breaks so i dont think there tachographs are checked.at one time one of the main things a pcv driver was told that the safety and comfort of pengers come first but not anymore
