Where is Ricardo Lopez and Ruben Olivares in you list of Best Boxers of All Time ??
The thing about Ricardo Lopez is that he is one of the most underrated boxers in history because of his weight. I will definitely put him on the top 40. Ruben Olivares was a great boxer. I would rank him top 30 or 40.
