On the Abrams M1A2 tank, does the Commander's Weapon Station (CWS) rotate. the gun and the hatch?

Yes it does. The only difference in the CWS between the M1A1 and the M1A2 is that in the A1 the commander can fire the .50 cal from inside the turret. On the A2 the Tank commander has to fire the weapon by hand.
