It is a story, but the media is not reporting it?

There were 3 protestors at the Republican National Convention that interfered with McCain's speech. They had credentials to be in the room; how did they get them, who gave them to them, etc. Why is the media sending 300 reporters to Palin's home town but not one "investigative" report is telling us how these people got inside?
