I was charged with common ault but the person got the injury threw head wrestling each other?

me and my boss had a disagreement, and ended up head pushing each other he hurt his lip, he took me to court,i have pleaded not guilty, my case will be heard soon, there was 1 witness but since withdrew his statement because he was unsure as to what he seen , the witness has been ordered to court, plus this boss has 7 grievance's against him for bullying and harment other workers i was suspended on a friday sacked on monday, plus have work broke policy because i was told i had 5 days to make a case for my self before i was due to attend a disciplinary, i worked there 5 years never had and warning or anything, i am taking them to a tribunal for unfair dismissal,
