I cut my lip on my braces really bad!!?

Okey so i do rhythmic gymnastics, its not regular gymnastics, so no flipping. look it up on youtube theres plenty of videos, so anyways. and i was doing my routine with clubs (those things clowns juggle with) and i threw it up in the air and i kind of caught it but it still hit my lip really hard. This is the first time ever that anything like this ever happened to me. I also have braces and i cut the inside of my lip really hard. Whenever i brush it bleeds and i can constantly feel blood in my mouth. This happened yesterday. And nowmy lip is swolen, it hurts to talk and eat cause the lip keeps catching onto the brace. It hurst really bad and i dont know what to do. Please help. is there any way to heal it faster or at least make it hurt less or swell less? Thank you
