Anybody know where I can get this colour wall paint? (PIC)?

Any good dedicated paint store will have a laser machine that measures colors accurately then prints out the formula the clerk needs to mix that particular color. I use ICI Paint here and on one occasion, they were able to match the color of paint that had faded so I was able to do touchup without painting the whole room. (The tenant claimed to really love the faded color and didn't want the room painted back to the original.)
